3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by K&K Renovation are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and may be subject to change if additional work is required or if unforeseen circumstances arise.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Typically, we require:

• A deposit before work begins
• Progress payments at specified milestones
• Final payment upon completion of the project

Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in work stoppage until payment is received.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee. For project cancellations, the terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

6. Warranties

K&K Renovation provides a warranty on workmanship for a period specified in your project agreement. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage caused by the client or third parties is not covered under our warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

K&K Renovation's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
